My friend D. went to Tunisia and Egypt just after the winter revolutions to document and experience the aftermath of the revolts. I have taken some of his words and interviews and started to illustrate them into a comic.

Every Tool Shapes the Task, a comic I made for my work at PovNet and the Just a Click Away conference in Vancouver, after having the pleasure of meeting the amazing thinker and educator and (91 year old) Ursula Franklin at Massey College in Toronto.

I did this short comic about hobo typesetters in scratchboard in 2007 and published in it Amphora Magazine.
